Help & Advice

How do I fix my headboard to my wall?

Foamex is a extruded, closed cell rigid sheet with a smooth semi-matt surface finish. Foamex can be drilled, however at 'No Sheep Required', we do not like to drill your fab piece of art work. On the back of your headboard/art board there is a fixed wall mounted bracket with a 45 degree angle, within your packaging there is also another supplied bracket with a 45 degree angle to be mounted on the wall so the two fit neatly and slide onto one another. This bracket should be fixed to your wall using flat head screws, as we have already counter-sunk the holes for you, so the screws will sit neatly and flat within the bracket. We do not supply with your product screws, or raw-plugs as we do not know what material you are mounting your Headboard/Art board onto ie- plasterboard, brick, wood ect.

How long does it take?

If you are uploading an image and not applying one of our 11 illustrations, No Sheep Required can produce, despatch and deliver your chosen product within 14 days. However if you are up-loading an image, or choosing from our gallery and adding an illustration, the process is that. Our IT Designers check that your photograph up-loaded can be applied and produced for;
  1. Product chosen
  2. size chosen
  3. Illustration chosen.
Once checked by our designers, and your illustration has been applied to your Art work/Headboard it is then returned to you by e-mail for proofing.  Included within the price of your product, you can view your image proof three times for alterations to be made. From the date of approval your Bespoke, Unique Headboard/Art-board will be produced despatched and delivered within 14 days.

Packaging?

What happens to my order?

Our I.T designers check that the photograph up-loaded can be produced at 1. size chosen 2. the illustration chosen 3. product chosen.  The image is then returned to you via e-mail. Within the price of your product, you have three attempts to get that fab, unique bespoke product you were looking for.

Image Size

  • You can send us digital photographs, files.
  • Image sizes relating to camera specification would be 2-6 mega pixels for 1-10 mb file when shot at largest size and best quality
  • On the camera 6-14 mb would give between 10-40 mb files when shot on largest and best quality.
  • The higher the resolution of image given, the clearer the art work would appear.

To help, we require 10 - 30 mb file for canvas prints and 20 - 40 mb for headboards.

If you are not sure of ‘mega-pixels’ or ‘files’ send us your image, chat to us. Tel: 01404 42668, Mob: 07969 115680 or E-mail - BaaBaa@nosheeprequired.com

When submitting your photograph, this is where the colour swatches come in to play...

When submitting your photograph to be made into a headboard please remember there will be a blank section in block colour at the bottom of the headboard. This is an allowance for your mattress and pillows, so you can see the most of your photograph supplied. Also when positioning your headboard for fitting, where your height will start is up to you. If you are wanting a specific colour for your return, please state, if not our designers will do there best to take the more dominant colour from your photograph and use this as the return. Our team of designers check that the photograph sent can be produced at the size and style chosen. The image is then returned to you via e-mail, and proofed by you. When happy we can produce your Be-spoke, unique fab headboard.

We take great care to produce and describe pictures to headboards accurately, but variations from our printed brochure and web-site due to links on screen viewing colours may occur. If colour is critical, thats where talking direct with us and samples come in. Occasionally we do have to crop or scale photographs to fit the product size you have chosen.

Our Materials

To discover where Foamex really shines, bring your wish list or chosen design to us and our technical team and imagine the possibilities.

Foamex

Foamex provides a unique blend of cushioning performance and environmentally friendly engineering.

Foamex is a extruded, closed cell rigid PVC foam sheet with a smooth semi matt surface finish. Foamex can be drilled as well as cut on a graphic computerised cutting table. Foamex comes in various grades and is also known as rigid foam pvc and foamulux. Most grades of foamex are class 1 fire rated making them ideal for exhibition panels and home use.

What are the basic qualities of Foamex?

Foamex is an expanded closed cell structured foamed pvc with smooth silky matt surface. It is rigid and light weight. Foamex is strong, flexible and durable and can be screwed, rivited or nailed to any surface and it does not require framing either because of its crumble-free edges, reducing dust and debris.

Alluminium Composite

Plastic core, coated with a thin film of aluminium composite / wipeable / suitable for indoor and perfect outdoor use.

Canvas

Canvas is another art option ‘No Sheep Required’ can offer you.

Each canvas we produce is made from a deep solid wooden frame, with museum quality stretcher bars allowing you to tension and re-tension your picture if required, we also supply brass fixings for you to hang your canvas. When you have submitted your photograph for that natural look or added illustration from our gallery our designers and technicians will look over your photograph to ensure the best results for that quality print they pride themselves to. There are two ways of mounting your canvas. Where possible wrapping the image around the edge of the canvas for that impressive 3D look.

If you prefer where not possible to wrap around your image we can crop or feather your image to the edge.

The Contract will relate only to those Products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation.  We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.
Consumer rights

If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the Products.  In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our refunds policy (set out in clause 10 below).

To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the Products to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk.  You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

Details of your statutory right of cancellation, and an explanation of how to exercise it, are provided in the Dispatch Confirmation.  This provision does not affect your other statutory rights as a consumer.

Availability and delivery

Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 30 day or a reasonable time of the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Risk, title & Copyright

The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.
We acknowledge that all copyright in the materials that you send us including but not limited to photographic content belongs to, and is owned by you and you hereby consent for us to use the materials for the sole purpose of meeting our obligations under these terms and for any marketing that we undertake in connection with our business. We will not use any materials that you send us which we deem obscene and offensive and/or which may be in breach of any legal requirements.

Price and payment

  • The price of the Products and our delivery charges will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.
  • Product prices include VAT.
  • Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
  • Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced.  We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you.  If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
  • We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as an error.
  • Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card.  We accept payment with [LIST OF CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS].  We will not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order.
